Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience. However, if the product is defective or you received the wrong product, please contact us by email at info@japanese-arts-crafts.com within 5 days of receiving the product. In your email, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, order number, product name, and product condition (description of defect, incorrect product, etc.). Please also attach detailed photos that show the condition of the product. We will check your email and photos, and if we confirm the problem, we will replace the product with a new one at our expense. We will inform you of the return address by email.

If the item is damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@japanese-arts-crafts.com within 5 days of receiving the item. In your email, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, order number, item name, and a description of the damage. Also, please attach detailed photos showing the damaged part of the item and the exterior of the packaging (damage area). We will report the situation to the shipping company and inform you of the corrective action by email.

In any case, we will process a refund for products that cannot be exchanged, such as food and beverage products that deteriorate in quality, custom-made products, on-site products, special sale products, etc. Please note that we may not be able to respond if more than 5 days have passed since the product arrived.
