Taxes & Customs Fees

During import clearance, customs authorities may contact the recipient for formalities and documentation.
Please note that the recipient is responsible for making all necessary arrangements. Furthermore, there may be inspection fees in addition to import taxes, which must also be paid by the recipient.
Please be aware of this in advance.
Furthermore, if the customs authorities determine that the item cannot be imported, please contact us with your order number.

If shipping to the EU:

Customs duties are charged for orders with a total value of 150 euros or more (excluding shipping costs). In this case, the recipient is responsible for paying customs duties to the delivery company.
