This luxurious rice shochu is made by the famous Ishikawa Prefecture brewery "Kikuhime" using "Yamada Nishiki". While retaining the sweetness of rice that is characteristic of authentic rice shochu, you can enjoy the mellow aroma of the barrels and western liquor that have been aged for seven years in sherry casks.
