Softly grilled flounder made with Dish No. 2

The tender fillets of flounder slowly cooked at low temperature are rubbed with Dish Symphony No.2. Seasoned with spices and salt, this dish allows you to enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients.

In this recipe, we used flounder, but you can use a variety of white fish, so have fun trying different ingredients!

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • Flatfish (fillet): 200g (2 pieces)
  • Broccoli: As needed
  • Cherry tomatoes: about 4
  • Garlic (sliced): 1 clove
  • Maitake mushroom: appropriate
  • Dish Symphony No.2: Appropriate
  • Salt: to taste
  • Powdered cheese: as needed
  • Olive oil: as needed

How to make it

  1. Sprinkle salt on " Flounder (fillet): 200g (2 slices) " and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Dry with kitchen paper and then rub " Dish Symphony No.2: Tadoku " on both sides.
  3. Pour olive oil into a pot with a lid (a small iron pot such as Staub or Coro Dutch oven is recommended) and layer the ingredients in the order listed below.
    1. "Garlic (sliced): 1 clove"
    2. "Broccoli: Appropriate"
    3. "Flounder (fillet): 300g (2 slices)"
    4. "Maitake: Appropriate"
    5. "Tomatoes: about four"
  4. Lightly sprinkle salt and grated cheese over the entire surface, then drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Cover and simmer on low heat for 12 to 15 minutes and it's done.
