This sake is made using local plums from Oku-Noto and brewed with pure rice sake. It has the smoothness that only pure rice sake can provide.
The plum aroma spreads throughout the drink, and the moderate acidity and soft sweetness make this plum wine well-balanced. It has a large number of repeat customers.
