Refreshing, earthy, nostalgic. Symphony No.1 is a blended tea of ​​vetiver, butterfly pea, and echinacea. The image of vetiver, known as a calming herb, is expressed with the blue of butterfly pea. The echinacea enhances the fragrance.

Origin of raw materials

Vetiver: We only use domestic vetiver, which is grown through careful natural cultivation in Hoshinomura, Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
Butterfly pea, echinacea: We only use herbs from Pesan Farm, which grows herbs in Kahokugata, Ishikawa Prefecture, without the use of any pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or compost, and instead cultivates herbs using natural farming methods that make the most of the natural power of the land.

How to brew

One tea bag will make about 1.5L of tea.

Hot Tea

Pour 400-500cc of boiling water into a teapot or similar. You can enjoy it up to three times by letting it dry after use or adding more water. Adjust the extraction time to your liking, with the first time being 5 minutes, the second time 7 minutes, and the third time 10 minutes as a guide.

Iced tea

Add one tea bag to a pot or pan, boil 1 to 1.5 liters of hot water, and leave it for about 10 minutes. Chill the brewed tea in the refrigerator. You can choose whether to remove the bag or not.

About manufacturing method/materials

We carefully hand-pack our products while checking the quality of the raw materials. The tea bags are made from Soilon, a biodegradable ingredient derived from corn. Not only can they be returned to the soil, but they also produce no harmful substances when burned. Not only are they environmentally friendly, they are also safe for the human body, and allow you to enjoy the original flavor of your tea.
